Smart Guard provides a security management platform including guard attendance tracking, patrol management, incident reporting, and real-time communication tools.

As a user, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Report any security breaches or unauthorized access immediately
• Not share access credentials with unauthorized individuals

• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use the Service to harass or harm others

6. Limitation of Liability

Smart Guard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past twelve months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
