Get the support you need
Guards sign in using site credentials provided by their supervisor. Supervisors and managers use their email and password.
Navigate to the Patrol section, select your active route, and scan each checkpoint using GPS, QR codes, or NFC tags as required.
Press the panic button on the app's main screen. This will immediately alert the control room and share your location.
Go to the OB (Observation Book) section, tap "New Entry", fill in the details, attach photos if needed, and submit.
Ensure location services are enabled for the Smart Guard app in your device settings. The app requires location access to function properly.
Use the Site Contacts section to find your supervisor's contact information, or use the in-app radio feature if enabled.
